Administrators - Principal

My name is Chris Good and  I am thrilled to be the Principal of Ecole Lindsay Thurber High School this year. 

I began my teaching career in Grande Prairie before moving to Red Deer in 2006. I have been a Principal with Red Deer Public for over 10 years, my first principal position was at Oriole Park, I spent a year at District Principal and I was the first ever Principal at Barrie Wilson School before coming to LTCHS.

I hold both a Bachelor and Master's degree in Education from the University of Alberta. My wife Deanne is also a teacher with Red Deer Public and together we have two children, Abbie and Coen. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, coaching and playing sports and reading.

I am looking forward to working with all of the staff, students & parents at LTCHS to continue to build a culture which fosters student growth and success.
