Transportation Fees (Please click here for information regarding online payment and partial payment options)

Regular & Alternative Programs: Please contact your attending school for Charter (yellow) Bus transportation fees. Fee Information is also contained on the particular Charter Transportation application (i.e. Regular application or Alternative Program application). Late fees will be incurred for applications not received at the school by June 15th ( unless you moved into the catchment area after that date).

Transit (Grades 9-12): Fees are listed below for City Transit Transportation Services to Red Deer Public Schools. City Transit (Overload) service is normally provided for Middle and High school students (with the exception of Westpark Middle School which is currently served by yellow school bus) however any student, K-12, may apply. 

Transportation Fee Waiver:  

WAIVER COVERS:  Transportation fees for ELIGIBLE students only. That includes students that are in Grades K-5 and over 1.6 kms from their DESIGNATED school and Grades 6-13 over 2.4 kms from their DESIGNATED School. The waiver is meant to help families that are facing financial hardship. Waivers are approved by School administration. Any current school year Transportation Fees that you have paid will be refunded at your request by the school upon approval of this waiver form.  

WAIVER DOES NOT COVER: INELIGIBLE students. This includes Grades K-5 students less than 1.6 km from DESIGNATED school, all Grades 6-12 students less than 2.4 kms from DESIGNATED school, and Grades K-12 attending SCHOOL OF CHOICE.
