My name is Geannette Lehman and I am privileged to serve as the Principal of Gateway Christian School! Although I grew up in Central Alberta, I studied Education, started my teaching career, and started raising our family in the state of Virginia. We eventually returned to my home of Alberta, where I have been privileged to be a member of the Red Deer Public School District for the past 21 years. 

I have deep roots at Gateway as a teacher, a parent, and as an administrator. I taught extensively at Gateway for 16 years, and all 4 of our children attended Gateway, with 2 graduating from the “Gurber” partnership program. My husband and I continue to cheer for our 2 youngest kids while they participate in post-secondary volleyball. We also enjoy hiking and camping in Alberta’s great outdoors, spending time with our family, and we thoroughly enjoy our status as grandparents.

I am grateful to continue to work alongside the staff and students of Gateway Christian School, as well as the parents, and members of our school community.
