Parent Teacher Conferences
Parent/Teacher Interviews are one way for parents to participate in their child's education.
They are an important opportunity to find out about your child's progress.
Parent Teacher Interviews for the 2023 - 2024 School Year are as follows:
Kindergarten - Gr. 8: October 5th, December 7th and student led conferences March 14th.
High School (Gr. 9 - 12): October 4th & 5th and March - evenings only

Kindergarten – Gr. 8: Student-Led Conferences on March 14th
(No school for kinder – Gr. 8 students on March 14th. Regular classes for Gr. 9-12 students.)
From 1:30 –7:00 p.m.(minus a half-hour dinner break at 5:00), Student Led Conferences will run in 30-minute rotation blocks witha max of 5 sets of parents/students per block.
Gr. 9 – 12: Parent/Teacher Conferences on March 12th& 13th
(Regular classes for K- Gr.12 students on March 12th& 13th)
Tuesday, March 12th from 4:30 - 7:00 p.m. parents can book in-person parent/teacher conferences.
Wednesday, March 13th from 4:30 - 7:00 p.m. parents can book a phone call conference.

1. Enter our school code (parents please check your email for the code).
2. Select the grade / course.
3. Select the teacher you wish to see.
4. Select an interview time.
4. When you click FINISH, your selected booking(s) will be emailed to you immediately. If you do not receive your email, please check your junk-mail, or enter the event code again and check the spelling of your email address. Update your details if your email address is incorrect. Please do not delete the email you receive. You may need to refer back to it at a later date. If you need to cancel, change or print your bookings, please visit the schoolinterviews.ca website.
