Parent Teacher Conferences
Parents / Guardians,
Parent Teacher Conferences via Phone Calls OR In-Person Appointments are open to schedule. To book an In-Person Interview time click HERE (Code is p8xd3), if you are looking to book a Phone Interview time click HERE (Code is j4weh).
Bookings will be closed at 4:00pm Monday, April 3, 2023.
Important Note:
Phone Interviews will be booked in a block of time from 9am – 10:30am. The Teacher will call you at some point during this time frame, so you will be required to have availability during this entire range of time.
Parent Teacher Conference Times are as follows:
Wednesday, April 5th
In-Person: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
Thursday, April 6th
Phone Calls: 8:00am – 10:30am
In-Person: 10:30am – 12:00pm
Gym Teacher Availability:
Mr. Mike Hulyk will be available by WALK-IN ONLY appointments during the listed times noted above.
Hockey Academy Availability:
Please note that Mr. Dustin Claffey (Hockey Academy, Grade 6 Rec Ed) will be available via Phone Calls ONLY.
Wednesday, April 5th
Phone Calls: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
Thursday, April 6th
Phone Calls: 9:00am – 12pm
NOTE: When you receive your Telephone Appointment call from your student's teacher the number may be "UNKNOWN, "BLOCKED" or "START WITH 226".
