SCHOOL BUS DELAY PARENT NOTIFICATION SYSTEM!

  Parent Notification System:  Parents of Mountview Elementary students can now be notified in real-time whenever a specific Mountview school bus is or will be delayed.  Hopefully this will lesson the number of telephone calls a parent has to make to see what the status of their particular bus is.  Parents can click on the "Parent Notification System - MV" link on the left side of this page and follow the instructions to subscribe to the particular bus your child is riding.

Red Deer Public Schools is pleased to provide students with a variety of transportation services. Please note that provision of these services is guided by provincial regulations set by the Department of Education.

MUST APPLY FOR BUSING EACH YEAR:
It is essential that students make application for transportation services each year. Application forms are available on our website or from the school and should be returned as soon as possible to assist in planning transportation services for students.

CHARTER (YELLOW) BUS ROUTES: Bus stop locations are determined by the number of eligible students registered to use the service. We try hard not to relocate bus stops however it may happen from time to time. Further information is availalbe under Bus Routes by School.

Transportation for students in French Immersion is included in our listing of bus routes. French Immersion schools include Mountview and Oriole Park (elementary); Central (middle school) and Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive (high school).
