We Welcome New Students To Our Schools!
Red Deer Public Schools provides quality education to over 9900 students within the City of Red Deer. Our District is the eighth largest school jurisdiction in the province. We are pleased to provide a broad range of quality programs in schools throughout the District.
Schools are organized as follows:
• Elementary School - Kindergarten to Grade 5
• Middle School - Grades 6 to 8
• High School - Grades 9 to 12
When registering, please bring the child's birth certificate, their last report card and other information from their previous school. We also ask that you provide us with emergency contact information as well as any special medical conditions that may affect your child while at school.
